It speaks of the Mexican patriotism for his flag, and that green is for liberty, white is for the soul, and red for the blood which flows. I think that this trooper kept this as his reasons for fighting for his beliefs and kept some sort of diary. He was probably one of the many Mexican warriors who came north and joined up against Hitler, like my cousin did, from Sinaloa, Mexico. A lot of folks down there wanted to fight, and did, with a majority of valorous decorations to prove it.

There are many names of Latino decent that are forever scribed into our history of being some mean MFer's.
