Be sure to check the negative feedback on this guys Ebay account (Luckyline1945) it's all true and he stiffed me on a transaction- Here's the details:
Ordered 2 items from him on Ebay, both items were given same tracking number (makes sense- ship together) However, only one item arrived. I messaged him and he admitted the other item was out of stock and he would take care of it or refund the amount...this was over a month ago and he will not communicate with me since. Ebay and Paypal refuse to help because item was marked delivered...so they think i'm lying..(they can both kiss my @$$ too).
Owners name is Luke Schuetzle and runs a great company, unless there's a problem...then it's your problem, not his (Millenial??)...
So there you go, be warned, tell your friends.

I have had a number of errors from MTL over the years. His shipping/packaging control is a joke. However, he has always made good at correcting the problems with me. Sometimes i had to be persistent though. Wonder if there is something tying him up on his side.

Sounds like his business has grown out of his control. Cant run growing international sales like a mom and pop shop. It will come back and bite you. Businesses are built on reputations, not just product selections and prices.

I never had a problem with his stuff once it arrived, but he must not be able to cope with the growth of his business. I also had problems with shipping at this business a couple of years ago. He fixed the problem in that case. That being said, I wou,d avoid using this vendor unless every other vender is out of stock and you are willing to take a risk.

He's been active on other internet sites, Facebook, etc. so I know he is alive and well...No excuses. The thing Bleed mentioned about the problem being taken care of only after being persistent, tells the whole story and that is mirrored in a lot of the negative Ebay feedback. His first communication with me was that he would check on the problem and for ME to message him again if he didn't get back to me. That was my first red flag things were going south. Guy has no clue about customer service. Too busy making crappy WW2 movies like War Pigs I guess. Would be cool if everyone here flooded his inbox with demands to make it right.
