Randy, I make runs for work to N. Hollywood fairly often...
Let me know where and the things that I need to get and I can pick them up and either ship them to you or hook up with you at some point (possible gun cleanings?) in order to transfer the items to you.
Can save on shipping for yah.

Gents yesterday I ordered 4 of the grenades that dave p sent us the link to. Goofy as they look, they have a very nice weight and feel. You can get a great grip on them and they loft very nicely! And they are made out of car tire type rubber. For 8 bucks there is no going wrong . They come with thick yellow canvas ribbons. Great as a temporary grenade fix until trooper wells gets his up and running. i like them! I highly recommend them! I'm gonna shoot them with o.d. Paint and I'm gonna hand draw on a yellow line. I got them in the mail this morning after ordering them yesterday afternoon!

I am going to use an actual WW2 grenade body as my mold cast with the M10 fuse. I plan to cast them in urethane rubber with a weight of about 15-17 ounces. An actual WW2 grenade was 21 ounces, so I thought I'd back off a bit for weight purposes...but not so light that we can't get an accurate throw. I am actually excited about doing this. I have watched several Youtube vids on making prop weapons, and one guy cast a rubber bayonet which looked amazingly real. I would imagine Fieldwerks does something similar to make their rubber M3 and M1918 knives.

Lt, Good to know. I am hoping to have at least 10 of my own for personal use and also to loan out as needed at battles.
Randy, That sounds great! Keep us all posted! I am pretty stoked to see how it comes out. You can sign me up for some when they get up and running! Do you have an ETA of when you can start manufacturing?
